This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for agents and policyholders through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

• Address inquiries regarding policies, coverage, appetite, billing, and service requests.

• Accurately and efficiently process endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates.

• Aim for first-contact resolution to ensure a high-quality and timely customer experience.

• Serve as a liaison between Underwriting, Claims, IT, and other internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate requests.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with agents and customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor and respond to incoming queues (including voicemail and digital requests) in accordance with service standards.

• Recognize trends and provide feedback to enhance products, processes, and overall service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing training and cross-functional support to remain adaptable and effective in various responsibilities.

• Assist with additional projects and team needs as the business adapts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance service, sales support, or related fields.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a remote, call center, or customer-facing setting.

• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven capability to collaborate across functions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems/tools.
