This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately and efficiently review and transfer patient information between Salesforce and medical records systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.
• Maintain and organize patient charts and records to ensure all documentation is complete, current, and follows internal guidelines as well as regulatory requirements.
• Update and enter patient data in databases and electronic health records systems as necessary, monitoring for data integrity and promptly addressing any discrepancies or errors.
• Provide administrative assistance to admissions and clinical teams, which includes scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Support other administrative responsibilities as required.
• Conduct attendance tracking for various teams, fulfill assigned administrative tasks, and respond to team inquiries, aiding them with workflow or technical questions.
• Follow compliance standards and regulations, including HIPAA, to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of patient information, adhering to established data handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as admissions, clinical, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient communication and coordination of patient care and administrative functions.
• Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities to improve your knowledge and skills in care administration, data management, and compliance practices.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in health sciences, communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative position related to data operations or management is advantageous but not mandatory; understanding of data reconciliation, manual data entry, and data migration processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and complying with standards and regulations.
• Openness to learning and adapting to new systems, processes, and procedures.
• Familiarity with database systems and tools such as GSheets, Salesforce, and EMRs is beneficial.
• Availability to work 20-28 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday-Sunday. Candidates must be available to work either five days a week (four-hour shifts) or four days a week (five-hour shifts) as a minimum requirement.
• Some weekend availability is required. The schedule allows you to choose between working four days a week (five-hour shifts) or five days a week (four-hour shifts) from Monday to Sunday. Available shifts from Monday to Friday start at either 8 AM or 10 AM MST, while shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday can begin at 6 AM, 8 AM, 10 AM, or 12 PM MST.
