This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Navigate and address challenges within accounts to ensure customer requirements are satisfied with effective, customized solutions.
• Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning mutual priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate proactively with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office staff to meet customer needs and provide access support.
• Leverage territory data and market trends to identify local insights, facilitate pull-through efforts, and lead significant customer engagements – either virtually or in person.
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to resolve complex issues and work cooperatively across functions to address customer needs with urgency.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor outreach and engage customers in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
• A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited four-year institution.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically spread sales teams within the past five years.
• A proven track record of sustained high performance, with expertise in navigating and effectively selling to large accounts and key customers.
• A self-motivated individual with analytical skills to seek out, prioritize, and utilize relevant information to address issues and meet the needs of key customers.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geography is essential, including the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
