This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Address and resolve issues within accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a strategic territory plan that aligns with shared objectives and utilizes insights and tactics.
• Collaborate proactively with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office staff.
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex challenges.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically diverse sales teams within the past five years.
• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance.
• Self-motivated individual with analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize pertinent information.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a wide geographical area.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
