This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify and overcome challenges within accounts to ensure customer requirements are met with effective and customized solutions.
• Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning mutual priorities and utilizing insights and tactics that enhance product demand and lead to improved patient outcomes.
• Collaborate proactively with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office staff to address customer requirements and provide access support.
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to resolve complex issues and work across functions to meet customer needs with urgency.
• Provide immediate access support and collaborate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory from a 4-year college or university.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the past 5 years.
• A proven history of consistently high performance in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers.
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills.
• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a wide geographical area is essential, including the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
