This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Propel sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in-person and online.
• Create and execute business and territory call strategies.
• Recognize and apply customer engagement tactics in live and virtual formats.
• Foster connections and build relationships with clients in both physical and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Analyze internal reports and data to pinpoint and act on strategic business opportunities.
• Inform providers about the value propositions of both unbranded and branded products for target patient groups.
• Compliantly use approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer queries and support Pfizer's goals.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree; or an associate’s degree combined with over 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activities, small business ownership, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify the candidate from hiring.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
• Preferred: Demonstrated success in sales or marketing, strong territory management, effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability skills.
• Preferred: Familiarity with relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the customers and markets within the assigned territory.
• Preferred: Residency within the boundaries of the territory.
