This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Meet 100% of revenue and unit objectives for assigned products and tissue services on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Differentiate Artivion products through clinical data, delivering in-services, and regularly attending surgical cases.
• Acquire new clients by reaching out to Cardiac and Vascular surgeons.
• Conduct regular in-services for OR personnel to communicate the safe and effective use and advantages of Artivion products.
• Actively encourage target customers to participate in Medical Education programs and Artivion sales and marketing initiatives.
• Report all product complaints to Artivion Complaint Reporting by midnight on the day of notification.
• Sustain and increase selling prices across all product lines with all clients in the assigned territory.
• Attend medical conferences and Artivion training sessions as requested by management.
• Convey territory needs, trends, and issues to the Region Manager.
• Adhere to all corporate policies, including the Artivion standards of conduct policy.
• Manage all administrative tasks such as expense reports, lead follow-up, and open P.O.s in accordance with corporate guidelines and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate and support other Artivion sales team members in sharing product knowledge and key surgeon/account history.
• At least 3 years of experience in O.R. medical device sales.
• Proven track record of consistent sales success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication, listening, organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
