This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive impactful patient outcomes by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the main liaison for customers in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, leaders of Integrated Delivery Systems, and other field team members as part of the local Customer Team.
• Build and nurture relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Interact with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business plan that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and maintain certifications for the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct balanced and compliant sales discussions about products with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Provide management with regular updates regarding customer needs, market trends, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Monitor business performance against goals using company tools to assist in planning and assess sales impact.
• Cover Bloomington, Terre Haute, Greenwood, Columbus, Franklin, Indiana, and the surrounding regions.
• Travel within the territory, with overnight travel potentially required approximately 25% of the time.
• S1: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• S2: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer expectations.
• Demonstrated success in educational and professional settings.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Preferred background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Experience in analyzing metrics to assess progress toward goals is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists is preferred.
• Experience in launching products and succeeding in competitive markets is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate technical details effectively is preferred.
• Proficiency in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights and drive sales is preferred.
• Comfortable leveraging multichannel tools and technology is preferred.
• Willingness to reside in the assigned territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; otherwise, willing to relocate at personal expense.
