This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a business plan at the territory level that aligns with the company's policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and maintain relevant certifications for the company's offerings.
• Engage in balanced and compliant sales conversations regarding products with healthcare providers and business professionals.
• Keep management informed with regular updates on customer needs, market trends, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Track business performance against set goals utilizing company tools to facilitate effective planning and evaluate sales impact.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a High school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and utilize insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer expectations.
• Demonstrated success in both educational and professional settings, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
