This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Drive significant patient outcomes by utilizing scientific knowledge and acting as the main contact for clients within the designated territory.
• Work closely with Account Executives, leaders from Integrated Delivery Systems, and other field team members to provide integrated, patient-centric solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with a variety of healthcare clients, including cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other medical professionals.
• Regularly interact with diverse healthcare environments, such as doctors’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics, to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
• Create and implement a territory-specific business strategy that aligns with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and certifications related to the company’s offerings.
• Conduct balanced and compliant discussions about product sales with healthcare providers and business professionals to ensure customer needs align with company products as per product labeling.
• Provide management with consistent updates regarding customer requirements, market conditions, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Track business performance against goals using company resources to facilitate effective planning and sales impact.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Capable of analyzing complex data and utilizing insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
• Proven success in both educational and professional settings, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrates independence with excellent organizational and time management skills, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Exhibit a strong capability to build and sustain customer relationships by effectively understanding and addressing their needs.
• Must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro areas; candidates outside these distances must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
