Cardiology Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicating the complete value proposition and solutions of the entire Baxter portfolio to executives and managers, covering clinical, administrative, and IT perspectives, while coordinating with field sales teams such as Bardy, Welch Allyn, and Epiphany when necessary.

• Serving as the commercial leader in your area for cardiology growth initiatives.

• Providing strategic guidance to management and actively participating in significant IDN and corporate negotiations, along with daily field activities handled by local representatives.

• Actively promoting, quoting, and negotiating new sales agreements for the Cardio Server system.

• Collaborating with the Cardiology leader for guidance, approval of discounts, and enterprise agreements.

• Crafting a detailed business plan aimed at increasing sales of our comprehensive cardiology solutions portfolio in partnership with Regional Managers to target strategic IDNs and customers.

• Proactively seeking out IDNs and large cardiology practices that have not yet adopted our cardiology solutions.

• Building and maintaining external relationships in cardiology, including C-suite executives, managers, physicians, IT professionals, and other leaders in the region.

• Taking the lead on significant cardiology sales opportunities, whether they are standalone or integrated with ECG management systems or EMRs.

• Collaborating and presenting alongside the Solution Architect on intricate connected opportunities.

• Leading and facilitating training sessions at regional and national sales meetings.

• Responsible for delivering an accurate monthly forecast that includes all opportunities, likelihood of success, projected sales revenue, closing dates, and progress towards achieving quotas.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with SAAS, connected environments, EMR, and capital sales is preferred.

• Three to five years of proven successful sales experience.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.

• Familiarity with cardiology products and workflows is advantageous.

• Must demonstrate teamwork, a sense of urgency, and ambition.

• A proven history of developing and successfully executing a business plan is required.
