This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, Special Operations Forces, and federal civilian agencies.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, and evolving intelligence requirements.
• Pinpoint areas where publicly available information, OSINT, AI-driven intelligence workflows, narrative intelligence, media intelligence, and integrated intelligence solutions can provide a strategic advantage.
• Shape opportunities ahead of formal acquisition processes by assisting customers in comprehending potential approaches, architectures, and operational results.
• Formulate and implement capture strategies that enhance Zignal and its partners’ competitive positioning.
• Create account plans, stakeholder maps, winning strategies, and competitive analyses for priority pursuits.
• Oversee qualification, gate reviews, pursuit planning, and capture execution throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure that opportunities align with customer priorities, product capabilities, and strategic growth objectives.
• Translate customer mission requirements into operational intelligence solutions that utilize Zignal's strengths in PAI, OSINT, narrative intelligence, media intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
• Assist customers in envisioning how structured intelligence and agentic workflows can enhance situational awareness, force protection, targeting, intelligence production, strategic competition, and operational decision-making.
• Support the development of integrated solutions in collaboration with ecosystem partners, systems integrators, and prime contractors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with systems integrators, prime contractors, and technology partners focused on mission objectives.
• Identify and cultivate teaming opportunities that bolster win probability and broaden Zignal's role in larger mission solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Growth and Revenue leadership to align partner strategies with ongoing pursuits and emerging opportunities.
• Lead Sources Sought, RFI, RFP, OTA, SBIR, and other federal acquisition endeavors.
• Coordinate proposal strategies, solution development, compliance tasks, and response generation.
• Assist in pricing, teaming, and contract strategy formulation in conjunction with company leadership.
• Stay informed about emerging requirements in intelligence, influence operations, information warfare, strategic competition, force protection, maritime domain awareness, homeland security, and AI-enabled mission systems.
• Monitor acquisition forecasts, budget activities, program priorities, and organizational shifts within target agencies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in capture management, business development, or growth roles supporting Intelligence Community, DoD, or national security programs.
• Proven understanding of intelligence operations, publicly available information, OSINT, information environments, influence operations, cyber intelligence, operational planning, or related mission sectors.
• Experience in shaping opportunities before formal solicitation releases.
• Documented success in supporting intricate federal technology, AI, analytics, intelligence, cyber, or mission systems initiatives.
• Strong grasp of federal acquisition processes, including FAR-based procurements and alternative acquisition methods.
• Experience interacting with operators, analysts, program offices, acquisition stakeholders, and senior government officials.
