This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Formulate detailed win strategies and implement capture plans that align with customer requirements and C5MI's capabilities.
• Support Business Development Executives in conducting competitive analyses and customer evaluations.
• Identify and assemble successful teams, which include strategic partners and subcontractors.
• Assist Business Development in estimating Bid & Proposal budgets and obtaining necessary internal funding approvals.
• Collaborate with Service Line Leaders to create the initial solution concept.
• Partner with the Proposal Center to designate a proposal manager and core team members.
• Aid in the creation of a preliminary proposal outline and initial content framework.
• Revise Bid & Proposal budgets in accordance with the refined scope and proposal specifications.
• Develop proposal strategies that encompass win themes, discriminators, solution methodologies, and Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis.
• Assist the Proposal Center in organizing Color Team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and developing a preliminary proposal timeline.
• Support Service Line Solution Leaders in finalizing the technical solution.
• Help to establish the proposal infrastructure, including templates, tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 10 years of experience in capture management within the federal contracting sector (DoD or FedCiv) specifically in the SAP market.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting captures and proposals for SAP opportunities valued at $50M or more.
• Knowledge of federal procurements, including FAR (e.g., IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, Set-Asides, and CSOs) and non-FAR (OTA, CRADA, etc.) regulations.
• Strong comprehension of the federal acquisition lifecycle and best practices in capture management.
• Capability to devise and implement capture plans and proposal strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Robust analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in navigating relationships with OEMs, software providers, and teaming partners within the Federal government.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Unanet, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
