Captain PIC 15/13 – Home Based or Lexington Based 8/6

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Operate aircraft owned and managed by the company during flight.

• Provide a private club-level service, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and convenient experience for passengers.

• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to assess and rectify aircraft discrepancies.

• Pilot the designated airframe.

• Establish flight routes, speeds, and take-off and landing schedules to meet operational requirements.

• Remain updated with federal and local aviation regulations.

• Comply with domestic and international regulations, FAA-approved company protocols, industry best practices, and aviation safety standards.

• Assume full control of the aircraft during flight, exercising command authority.

• Conduct pre-departure inspections of the aircraft for safety, fuel, oil, and water levels.

• Ensure the aircraft is properly maintained and operationally ready.

• Keep precise records and logs.

• Adhere to pilot warranty stipulations, aircraft insurance policies, and licensure requirements.

• Advocate for and implement action plans.

• Mentor and motivate team members.

• Exemplify teamwork through personal conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• Airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

• Type rating for one of the company's aircraft: King Air 200/300/350, XL/XLS+, or Citation Latitude.

• Recent flight experience with one of the company's airframes within the last 24 months.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• 3000 hours of total flight time.

• 1500 hours of multi-engine flight time.

• 1500 hours of Pilot in Command flight time.

• 500 hours of turbine engine flight time; PT6 series preferred.

• Hold a current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.

• Successfully pass all FAA examinations and flight proficiency assessments.

• No incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions on record.

• Ability to advocate for and implement action plans.

• Display an enthusiastic, engaged, self-motivated, and success-oriented attitude.

• Capability to mentor and motivate team members.

• Strong commitment to teamwork and personal motivation.
