This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create market awareness and propel sales of TULSA-Pro within a designated sales territory.
• Drive a significant volume of sales activities, which include in-person prospecting, product evaluations, phone outreach, proposal and contract creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure that the sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Navigate the intricate sales process for onboarding new hospitals, alongside hardware, software, service upgrades, and additional systems for existing hospitals.
• Foster clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement assistance.
• Successfully manage the transition from initial sale and installation to the account management team to enhance procedural volume and growth.
• Attain quarterly sales objectives with the aim of closing 3 new programs involving pack purchases, guided by a strategic plan within a year.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to formulate a sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve and surpass goals.
• Initiate outreach to C-suite executives and senior hospital administrators.
• Enhance market visibility and boost sales of TULSA-Pro within the designated territory.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Manage the complex sales process for new hospital accounts, including hardware, software, service upgrades, and additional systems for existing hospital clients.
• Build clinical and administrative backing through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement assistance.
• Oversee the transition from the initial sale and installation to the account management team to foster procedural volume and continuous growth.
• Meet quarterly sales targets with the objective of securing 3 new program installations and pack purchases within the year, following a strategic approach.
• Partner with the Director of Sales to devise a focused sales plan for the territory to meet and exceed objectives.
• Establish connections with C-suite and senior hospital administrators to forge strategic alliances.
• Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Hospital Administrators, Urologists, Radiologists, and Interventional Radiologists.
• Develop a persuasive business case for system approval and purchase by nurturing relationships with stakeholders and presenting a compelling value proposition.
• Lead contract negotiation, creation, and management efforts, addressing any challenges with administration and procurement teams.
• Supervise revenue recognition processes while ensuring successful system installation and program launch.
• Remain informed about hospital credentialing requirements, including routine background checks, vaccinations, and necessary training.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical device sector.
• Strong comprehension of the capital procurement process within hospitals or imaging centers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven success in capital medical equipment sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting sales targets.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously; proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving in high-pressure scenarios.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80%, depending on account distribution.
