This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Serves as the primary liaison with federal Capital Planning leadership.
• Manages the creation, upkeep, and quality assurance of Business Cases (equivalent to OMB300), EVM reports, AAR submissions, and provides support to Investment Managers.
• Ensures compliance with OMB guidance, IT governance protocols, and Investment lifecycle processes.
• Oversees Strategic Planning, Budget Formulation, Spend Planning, and Investment re-baselining activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in CPIC, with a solid understanding of OMB A-11.
• Proven experience in mentoring analysts and leading gate review preparations.
• Capable of understanding government customer requirements, establishing priorities, and guiding the team to implement identified solutions.
• Skilled in determining actions to address various Capital Planning challenges in a fast-paced and highly visible client environment.
• Knowledgeable about FBC business case structures and portfolio data call specifications.
