Capital Partnerships Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of ongoing reporting and communications with our capital partners, transforming Teton's data into clear, well-structured insights regarding the performance of their portfolios.

• Become a proficient user of our Portfolio Intelligence product and act as the internal champion for the needs of capital partners, collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance it.

• Develop and manage the operational framework for the capital-partner team, including account tracking, communication cadence, and internal reporting to keep our commercial team informed about all relationships.

• Assist with day-to-day interactions with capital partners alongside the team, gradually taking responsibility for a designated group.

• Utilize data to identify opportunities and build a case for expanding Teton's presence within capital partners' portfolios.

• Quickly familiarize yourself with the senior housing and capital markets landscape, understanding how owners perceive NOI, occupancy, and asset value.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a demanding, analytical environment such as investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and financial models; you excel at simplifying complex problems into clear, defensible reasoning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft and present a narrative that resonates with senior stakeholders.

• Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior, investment-oriented audiences.

• High level of initiative and ownership; you seek responsibility and do not wait for direction.

• Intellectual curiosity and a quick learning curve. While a background in senior housing or real estate is not required, you will adapt rapidly.

• Strong organizational skills and dependability; you effectively manage multiple tasks without overlooking any details.

• Preferred: exposure to senior housing, healthcare, or real estate, although attitude and capability are prioritized.
