This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to meet sales targets and enhance market share.
• Oversee the entire capital sales process, from lead generation and site evaluation to quoting, negotiation, and post-sale follow-up.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with neurosurgeons, operating room staff, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
• Deliver clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based selling strategies to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about clinical trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Participate in relevant surgical procedures and operating room installations to promote product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain precise CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in science, healthcare, or business is preferred.
• At least 2 years of capital equipment sales experience in a hospital or surgical setting, ideally in neurosurgery, spine, or OR-based technologies.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-value sales cycles.
• Thorough understanding of hospital procurement processes, capital budgeting cycles, and value-based purchasing practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working in the operating room environment and able to support live surgical cases.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
