• Provide comprehensive leadership and guidance for all operations within the data center campus.

• Ensure continuous 24x7 operational readiness and take accountability for uptime and life safety.

• Supervise the operation and upkeep of essential infrastructure systems.

• Guarantee compliance with maintenance programs, MOPs, and EOPs.

• Manage campus-level OPEX and CAPEX budgets along with financial forecasting.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate site leadership and operations personnel.

• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

• Act as the senior site representative for clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service provision.

• Define KPIs and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.

• More than 5 years of experience in senior leadership or site management roles.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Demonstrated experience in budget and vendor management.
