This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Personally identify and recruit the initial members who will form the foundation of the board.

• Source, assess, and appoint the chapter's inaugural officers.

• Organize weekly meetings and establish routines that foster a strong culture during the first semester.

• Implement your first Endless Game & Content Jam.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current college student, enrolled through the 2026–27 academic year.

• Comfortable with outreach and public speaking regarding Endless and its mission.

• Strong ability to evaluate and judge people effectively.
