Campus Campaign Executive – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up and disassemble the promotional tent provided by the company at designated locations each morning

• Advocate for the Career Compass Program to students, parents, and visitors

• Clarify program advantages and address basic inquiries

• Drive enrollment through the unique registration link allocated by the company

• Ensure that all enrollments are finalized online via the designated registration system

• Cash collection is strictly prohibited under any circumstances

• Track daily attendance using the company's geofencing attendance system

• Remain at assigned promotional locations during work hours

• Gather leads and enhance engagement at schools and approved sites

• Keep the promotional tent and company materials in excellent condition

• Safely store the tent at the end of each workday

• Provide daily reports on activities and enrollments

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass

• Preference for 12th pass, diploma holders, graduates, or college students

• Comfortable communicating with students and parents

• Basic proficiency in smartphone usage

• Ability to work outdoors

• Honest, disciplined, and focused on achieving targets

• Must be willing to travel within assigned local areas

• Comfortable using attendance and location tracking applications
