Campaign Operations Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, test, and implement campaign materials (such as emails, landing pages, forms, and event promotions) utilizing Marketo program templates and tokens.

• Set up and run campaigns in accordance with established procedures and best practices.

• Oversee campaign execution workflows in Asana, including managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and providing status updates.

• Actively communicate potential risks, resolve obstacles, and ensure that campaign milestones are met on schedule.

• Adhere to rigorous QA standards for all campaign materials before launch to guarantee flawless execution and accurate audience targeting.

• Analyze campaign outcomes and pinpoint areas for enhancement in campaign execution.

• Leverage AI tools to optimize execution tasks, assist with QA, and enhance delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating and launching campaigns in Marketo, including program templates, tokens, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms.

• Background in campaign operations or marketing operations, with accountability for full-cycle campaign execution.

• Strong organizational abilities with experience in managing projects and workflows using a project management platform.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering precise, high-quality work within deadlines.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.

• Willingness to learn established processes and quickly become productive with minimal oversight.

• Familiarity with using Asana for campaign or project management.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
