This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the daily execution of numerous influencer campaigns simultaneously, spanning various brands.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Anticipate challenges and maintain alignment among all stakeholders.
• Develop creator pricing from the ground up utilizing CPV and anticipated performance metrics.
• Negotiate creator fees within budgetary constraints and target CPV.
• Actively negotiate added-value assets to maximize the benefits of each agreement.
• Manage campaign budgets meticulously, line by line.
• Treat each campaign as a distinct commercial unit.
• Foster trusted relationships through clear and proactive communication.
• Adapt to each client's style and preferences.
• Anticipate client needs, provide insights, and create opportunities for renewal and growth.
• Compile casting shortlists and pinpoint creator fit based on client archetypes.
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign objectives.
• Manage creator contracting, usage rights, and disclosure compliance efficiently.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaigns in real-time.
• Convert data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Utilize Kyra's proprietary platform as an advanced user.
• Incorporate AI tools daily to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
• Exhibit a willingness to experiment and innovate.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English, in writing and speaking.
• Previous experience in an agency setting managing influencer or creator campaigns.
• A strong focus on KPIs and performance outcomes.
• Proficient in CPV: capable of constructing creator pricing based on performance targets and defending it.
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI and a genuine eagerness to integrate it into your workflow.
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Experience working with both consumer/DTC and tech/B2B brands.
• Expertise in creator negotiation and contracting.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
