This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Grasp the intricacies of managing several contracts, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity regarding the information exchanged among various organizations.
• Oversee 4-6 simultaneous projects, aligning multiple stakeholders and contractors on timelines and expected outcomes.
• Take charge of project calendars and schedules utilizing Google Sheets and Google Calendar, monitoring complex integrated campaigns with diverse components (video, social media, digital, radio, activations, influencer collaborations, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, leadership, and external contractors to ensure clarity on deadlines, dependencies, and project stages.
• Collaborate with leadership to set realistic deadlines that consider the creative process and internal workflows.
• Maintain structured project tracking systems, ensuring all deliverables and communications are readily accessible.
• Organize and streamline schedules, including coordinating meetings, managing time efficiently, and ensuring the calendar aligns with commitments across various contracts.
• Familiarity with various tools and platforms, such as Slack, Google Docs, and AI applications like ChatGPT, to boost productivity and streamline processes.
• Possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage unforeseen challenges, and devise solutions to logistical issues, particularly in a busy family setting.
• Proficient in creating high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a creative agency or dynamic creative environment.
• Understanding of the complete lifecycle of creative campaigns (strategy → creative development → production).
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a resourceful startup environment while upholding high standards.
• Previous experience at an LA/New York-style agency or similar fast-paced creative setting.
• Comfort with straightforward project management tools (Google Sheets, Calendar) instead of intricate platforms.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns with multiple deliverable streams.
• Experience in managing relationships with producers and contractors.
