Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to ACS CAN field personnel to achieve educational and campaign objectives through strategic advice and consultation on legislative, regulatory, and ballot initiatives.

• Develop and oversee campaign strategies for designated state/local legislative and regulatory issues.

• Evaluate legislative proposals and deliver both verbal and written analyses, guidance, training, and support.

• Prepare monthly program reports and updates for stakeholders and funders.

• Assist in the programmatic efforts of contractors and manage assigned budgets.

• Act as a representative of ACS CAN with external partners, stakeholders, and funders to foster relationships and fulfill campaign and grant obligations.

• Cultivate new and diverse partnerships to support initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with national policy, media, grassroots, and federal teams to maintain consistent positions and messaging.

• Monitor campaign activities and results, communicating them across teams and organizational levels.

• Travel by car and/or airplane as needed while fulfilling work responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in executing campaign and legislative plans.

• Experience collaborating with diverse coalitions.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate adaptability in approach.

• Capability to conduct basic analysis and interpret legislative, statutory, and regulatory texts.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with various technology platforms.

• Willingness to travel by car and/or airplane as required.

• Ability to meet work deliverables while traveling.

• Prior experience in managing advocacy campaigns is highly preferred.

• Proficient skills in using Canva and creating infographics for storytelling are beneficial.
