This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a personal pipeline of origination leads to facilitate calls between site owners and Account Managers.
• Meet individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives related to call scheduling and deal closures.
• Diligently track personal origination waterfall activities to ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
• Provide user-experience feedback for origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing strategies.
• Participate in strategic projects and product development to uphold a competitive edge in the market.
• Previous experience in a sales-driven call center environment.
• Innate ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV is essential.
• Knowledge of the real estate closing process is advantageous.
• Background in originating deals within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy sectors is a plus.
• Some college education or equivalent experience is required.
