This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a swift influx of incoming calls from Medcor customers in a call center setting.
• Efficiently and accurately document each call.
• Monitor and assess both individual and call center performance metrics, goals, and statistics.
• Utilize the phone system to reflect all shift activities and ensure adherence to personal schedules.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Medcor's clients and employees.
• Conduct precise assessments of symptoms and/or concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms.
• Adhere to HIPAA Compliance Policies.
• Possess a valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Capable of managing a high volume of consecutive calls.
• Strong technological proficiency with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Willingness to work during major U.S. holidays in a rotation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information, along with care instructions for injured employees and their managers.
• Must be able to talk and/or hear.
• Required to sit and use hands.
• Specific vision abilities should include close vision for computers and written work, with the capacity to adjust focus.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Must have a private space in your home with four walls and a door to ensure patient privacy.
• Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) at your primary residence is necessary.
