This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service and support for employee benefit plans based on accounts.
β’ Address inquiries from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators.
β’ Ensure high-quality service for all callers through phone, email, or chat communications.
β’ Promptly and accurately respond to all inquiries and requests from account owners and participants via phone.
β’ Adhere to the provisions outlined in plan documents and follow company procedures.
β’ A high school diploma or GED is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
β’ Experience with claims processing or benefit card systems is advantageous.
β’ 100% fully remote work opportunity.
