β€’ Deliver exceptional customer service and support for employee benefit plans based on accounts.

β€’ Address inquiries from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators.

β€’ Ensure high-quality service for all callers through phone, email, or chat communications.

β€’ Promptly and accurately respond to all inquiries and requests from account owners and participants via phone.

β€’ Adhere to the provisions outlined in plan documents and follow company procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A high school diploma or GED is required.

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.

β€’ Experience with claims processing or benefit card systems is advantageous.
