This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
β’ Responsible for overseeing inbound calls throughout your entire shift
β’ Efficiently utilize a variety of tools and over ten systems to assist travelers accurately
β’ Manage emails and process requests while multitasking in a dynamic environment
β’ De-escalate difficult calls
β’ Collaborate with team members
β’ Contribute to side projects that demonstrate leadership and foster continuous improvement
β’ Achieve and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets by ensuring timely responses, resolutions, and adherence to overall service quality standards
β’ Must be a Delta retiree with experience using Deltamatic
β’ Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification
β’ Must successfully pass a criminal background check
β’ Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
β’ Ability to navigate multiple systems and priorities while rapidly learning new processes in a fast-paced setting
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative mindset aimed at achieving shared team objectives
β’ Must pass an internet speed test (download speed of 25 Mbps or greater, upload speed of 5 Mbps or greater, and Ping ms of 175 or less)
β’ Must be able to connect to a modem/router using an ethernet cable
β’ Reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
