This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the contact center solution portfolio, encompassing strategic development, presales, partner management, and commercial oversight.
• Collaborate closely with our cloud consultants and development teams.
• Serve as the liaison between AWS, our clients, and the market.
• Formulate solution strategies and drive product development.
• Identify new market opportunities through the AWS Marketplace, managed service offerings, or emerging partnerships.
• Initiate discussions with potential customers.
• Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and proofs of concept.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and recognize opportunities for further development (upselling).
• Act as the primary contact for AWS within the contact center domain and maintain active partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and program requirements.
• Plan and track the financial metrics of your solution area, including revenue, costs, and utilization.
• Craft pricing models for marketplace and managed service offerings.
• Collaborate with Finance and Administration to guarantee precise project billing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, presales, consulting, or product management, preferably within the IT or cloud sector.
• Fundamental understanding of AWS and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience engaging with customers and partners at decision-maker levels.
• Strategic mindset coupled with a commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to clarify technical subjects effectively.
• Capability to work independently and proactively lead initiatives.
• Background in conversational AI, contact centers, NLP, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms is advantageous, though not essential.
• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate) or Scrum Product Owner certification is beneficial, but not required.
• Knowledge of AWS partner programs and the AWS Marketplace is a plus, but not essential.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer meetings, events, and trade shows.
