This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls on behalf of our business clients.
• Communicate proficiently in both English and Spanish.
• Take precise and clear messages, relaying them to clients in real time.
• Schedule appointments and offer general client support according to client instructions.
• Adhere to client-specific call-handling protocols with diligence and consistency.
• Provide a warm, efficient, and courteous experience for every caller.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and the ability to type accurately while engaged in a call.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to maintain a professional environment.
• Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial in a 24/7 operation.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
