This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide outstanding customer service through efficient communication via phone, chat, and text.
• Employ active listening and inquiry techniques to comprehend each consumer’s circumstances and direct them to the most appropriate legal solution, facilitating successful client transfers.
• Address customer issues and deliver suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive experience for callers.
• Precisely enter and update customer information.
• Achieve or surpass performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction standards.
• Effectively prioritize and manage time to handle high call volumes while upholding quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and adhere to Contact Center protocols.
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives, quotas, or conversion targets in call center or customer-facing roles.
• Outstanding customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to excel in incentive-driven, goal-oriented environments.
• Skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a time-sensitive setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions in a calm, clear, and professional manner.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary computer equipment for job responsibilities.
• Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
• A customer-centric mindset and a strong dedication to continuous improvement.
• Must be available for full-time work and at least one weekend day each week.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Candidates must be able to work graveyard (overnight) shifts.
