Asesor de Call Center – Crosselling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (Prepaid and Postpaid).

• At the conclusion of the service, it is necessary to address and finalize the suggested sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have tools for remote management: Intel Core i3 processor or higher (6th generation and above), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 and above, wired internet of 50 Mbps, 8 GB RAM, solid-state drive (SSD). Headsets and webcam are required.

• Experience in CALL CENTER or face-to-face sales is preferred.
