Call Center Agent – Outbound Calling and B2B Appointment Setting

📋 Description

• Reach out to businesses via telephone concerning telecommunications, IT, and internet services

• Arrange appointments with B2B clients

• Act as a primary contact for potential customers

• Assess customer requirements and provide customized solutions

• Execute appointment scheduling and B2B customer acquisition through phone calls

• Keep master data updated and carry out general administrative duties
