• Manage incoming communications for leading brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure high-quality customer service
• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capable of following detailed procedures and achieving performance targets
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain accountability to schedules
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred
• Flexible scheduling options after certification
• Paid training following successful client certification
