Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor on the phone.

• Exceptional Communication: You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.

• Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Technical Proficiency: You are at ease using computers and navigating various software applications.

• Required Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are essential for optimal performance.

• Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup.

• Residency: We currently prefer candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for available job opportunities.

• Background Check: You are capable of passing a background check.
