This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Handle incoming calls from current customers.
• Manage service requests, including the addition or removal of vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and dispatching policy documents.
• Assist customers with inquiries about their current insurance policies, including coverage details and benefits, or facilitate changes to existing policies.
• Strive to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple competing priorities effectively.
• A genuine passion for assisting others.
• Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00.
• Coverage for your P&C license costs (expected to be obtained within 60 days of employment).
