This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Oversee incoming calls throughout your entire shift.
• Skillfully employ various tools and more than ten systems to assist travelers accurately and efficiently.
• Manage emails and process requests while juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• De-escalate difficult calls effectively.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Assist with side projects that demonstrate leadership and promote continuous improvement.
• Must be a retiree from Delta with experience using Deltamatic.
• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Be capable of passing a criminal background check successfully.
• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Have the capability to navigate multiple systems and priorities while swiftly learning new processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Display exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative mindset aimed at achieving collective team objectives.
• Must pass an internet speed test (download speed equal to or greater than 25 Mbps, upload speed equal to or greater than 5 Mbps, and ping time equal to or less than 175 ms).
• Must be able to connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable.
• Reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.
