This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Conducting outreach to customers via telephone

• Arranging appointments with individuals who are interested in consultations

• Coordinating schedules with client advisors

• Effectively utilizing and enhancing financial knowledge during discussions

• Maintaining transparent and professional communication in line with internal and regulatory standards

• Managing business relationships

• Prior experience in the financial sector or customer-facing positions

• Background in telephone sales or customer acquisition

• A sales-driven, positive, and motivated attitude

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone demeanor

• Articulate and open to new ideas

• Experience in tele-sales is a plus

• Comfortable in a performance-oriented workplace

• High degree of ownership, dependability, and goal-focus

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for customer interaction over the phone
