CAD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents operating in a genuine CAD environment on extended engineering assignments.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in CAD modeling using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar software.

• Possession of an active professional CAD license (mandatory).

• Experience in preparing geometries for simulation using ANSYS or similar tools is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with GitHub.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Available to contribute roughly 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
