CAAS Supervisor – I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in planning sessions with the CAAS Accounting Manager to clarify audit preparation and/or accounting service procedures to clients and CAAS staff.

• Oversee the daily accuracy of financial reporting and ensure the prompt processing of client information.

• Recognize and assign responsibilities to facilitate the efficient and timely completion of engagements.

• Lead and collaborate with team members to extract trial balances, charts of accounts, general ledger details, subsidiary ledgers, and related documents from client accounting systems.

• Direct and work alongside team members to import electronic reports into software employed for analyzing account balances and general ledger transactions.

• Offer training to Accounting Specialists.

• Maintain communication with clients, including interactions with clients’ tax accountants and other professional service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in audit preparation and bookkeeping or accounting services.

• Experience in providing accounting services to a diverse client base.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Experience in the Gaming/Casino Industry is strongly preferred.

• Minimum internet speed requirement of 50–100 Mbps.

• A private, quiet dedicated home office space is necessary.

• Backup power and internet solutions are mandatory.
