CAAS Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in planning sessions with the CAAS Accounting Manager to clarify audit preparation and accounting services processes to clients and CAAS staff.

• Oversee the daily accuracy of financial reporting and ensure timely processing of client data.

• Recognize and assign responsibilities to enable clients’ accounting personnel to actively participate in the audit preparation process.

• Lead and work alongside team members to export trial balances, charts of accounts, general ledger details, subsidiary ledgers, and other relevant documents from clients’ accounting systems.

• Confirm that the exported documents and reports are adequate to complete engagements.

• Guide and collaborate with team members to import electronic reports into software applications used for analyzing account balances and general ledger transactions.

• Provide training to Accounting Specialists.

• Maintain communication with clients, client representatives, tax accountants, and other professional service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in audit preparation and bookkeeping or accounting services.

• Experience in delivering accounting services to multiple clients.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Experience in the Gaming/Casino Industry is highly desirable.

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.

• Dedicated Home Office Area: A private, quiet workspace is essential.
