This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Prepare PRs/POs and follow up, ensuring they are tracked to completion
• Conduct daily planning and analysis of buying activities
• Submit invoices
• Evaluate PO metrics (PR→PO, OTD, etc.)
• Assess and enhance transportation and logistics routes
• Monitor inventory levels and implement improvements
• Manage RFQs for non-critical and non-strategic equipment
• Organize and maintain due diligence documentation
• Track necessary certifications and regulatory compliance for all equipment
• Assist with internal compliance assessments
• Aid in contract management and ensure adherence to commercial agreements
• Collaborate with Category Management to maintain up-to-date contractual terms
• Partner closely with O&M to coordinate spare parts, replacement needs, and RMAs
• Provide support to Procurement with data entry and systems integration initiatives
• Uphold procurement policies
• Manage escalations to the Procurement Manager, Category Manager, and/or Senior Director as necessary
• Address supplier quality and AP payment concerns in collaboration with internal teams
• Assist in the onboarding and qualification process of new suppliers
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and requirements
• Contribute to risk management and escalation strategies for global supply chain disruptions
• Monitor supplier performance to guarantee timely delivery; expedite when required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn through self-study and structured environments
• Capacity to coordinate across both internal and external teams
• Proficiency in multitasking
