Business/Software Analyst, Lingua Italiana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Define and implement management plans for various projects, ensuring clear and transparent communication among all stakeholders involved (management, development team, operations, etc.).

• Gather, analyze, and design functional requirements for tools and systems, ensuring feasibility, applicability, and usability.

• Oversee the introduction and implementation of new technologies and systems, following the entire project lifecycle.

• Collaborate across all business functions to develop structured and effective analyses and documentation.

• Continuously analyze and monitor system requirements, ensuring the proper maintenance of processes and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Draft, update, and maintain both internal and external technical documentation, defining functional and operational requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to facilitate efficient integrations and optimize system processes.

• Support managers and stakeholders through analyses, research, and recommendations aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis and development.

• Strong experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Intermediate proficiency in the English language.

• Solid experience in using SQL and managing databases.

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving orientation.

• Experience in producing technical documentation, reporting, and structured processes.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to transform data and analysis into actionable and understandable information.
