Business/Life Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with Clients using the CoCaptain platform to conduct live (virtual) coaching sessions focused on business or personal development.

• Implement your distinctive coaching style or methodology to ensure that each session is effective and directed towards achieving your Client's objectives.

• Topics for coaching encompass Business Coaching (Professional Development, Leadership/Management, Success in Role) and Life Coaching (Career Change, Personal Growth, Relationships, Spirituality, Wellness).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in coaching as either a Business or Life Coach.

• At least 5 years of professional experience with proven success in your specific field or industry.

• An active and recognized coaching certification is preferred.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• A B.A/B.S Degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.

• Capability to coach with CoCaptain for at least 2 hours each week.

• Familiarity with computer software, including video conferencing and scheduling tools.
