Business Value Scale Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, test, and sustain enterprise-level value tools, which encompass ROI and TCO models, payback and NPV analyses, sensitivity and scenario models, as well as competitive benchmarks.

• Create integrations between Stripe's internal data sources and value-delivery tools to streamline financial outputs, narratives, and sales documentation at scale.

• Utilize Python, SQL, and JavaScript to construct and manage data pipelines, automate model creation, and deliver formatted outputs for GTM teams.

• Establish and maintain a documented, version-controlled library of assumptions that includes sourced benchmarks, approval workflows, and audit trails.

• Implement tools to monitor GTM adoption, engagement levels, and output utilization, as well as assess program effectiveness.

• Design reusable templates, modules, and repeatable solutions to expedite value delivery throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with various Stripe teams to ensure the benchmarks remain current and credible, promote adoption, and innovate solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, strategic finance, or roles within fintech, SaaS, or technology that involve financial exposure.

• Strong skills in business analysis and financial modeling, including unit economics, ROI and TCO analysis, sensitivity and scenario modeling, NPV, and payback calculations.

• Proficient coding experience in analytics, automation, or data workflows using Python, SQL, or JavaScript.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results in a straightforward manner related to technical products.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a governance-oriented mindset; assumptions must be sourced, versioned, and defensible.
