Business Value Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver compelling business cases at the C-suite level for CFOs, CPOs, and finance leaders, collaborating closely with Account Executives throughout the sales process.

• Perform quantitative analyses, ROI modeling, and benchmarking, utilizing AI-driven tools and templates to enhance and expedite each business case presentation.

• Facilitate iterative working sessions with prospective clients, refining assumptions and customizing the value narrative to align with each buyer's priorities.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to integrate value into discovery phases, shape decision-making criteria, and justify pricing throughout the sales cycle.

• Mentor representatives on value-based selling, evaluate AE-led business cases, and share field insights, benchmarks, and reusable assets back to the team's collective library to improve value delivery in your segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business value, value engineering, management consulting, or strategic finance, preferably with exposure to enterprise SaaS.

• Proven history of engaging with CFOs and CPOs and creating board-ready, executive-level deliverables.

• Strong foundation in financial modeling, data analytics, and structured communication, including proficiency with AI-assisted value tools.

• Exceptional executive presence and presentation abilities, capable of leading value discussions in conjunction with sales efforts.

• Demonstrated capacity for close collaboration with sales teams in high-pressure, fast-paced enterprise sales scenarios.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-motivated, resourceful, and adept at navigating ambiguity.

• Familiarity with procurement, finance, or enterprise SaaS value drivers is an advantage, though not mandatory.
