This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver exceptional travel assistance through chat, phone, and email communications.
• Keep abreast of the latest information regarding suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Rapidly evaluate customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
• Precisely manage hotel, flight, car, and rail reservations.
• Assist customers in utilizing self-service features on the Navan platform and app.
• Respond swiftly, adhering to SLA expectations.
• Comply with company and customer policies, ensuring adherence to global standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to stakeholders regarding goal achievements and essential processes.
• Engage in team meetings focused on products, suppliers, and updates in the industry.
• Remain informed about best practices in the travel sector.
• Maintain consistent attendance, complete assigned training, and fulfill performance metrics.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Travel Consultant with expertise in air, rail, and hotel bookings; at least 3 years experience with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) - Required.
• Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish - Mandatory fluency in both languages.
• Customer Service: Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 7 AM to 11 PM.
• Skills: Capable of multitasking, addressing urgent issues promptly, and independently troubleshooting problems.
• Attitude: Empathetic, professional, and highly effective in both verbal and written communication.
• Candidates must reside in Portugal to be considered, or be willing to relocate.
