This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver exceptional travel assistance through chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Keep informed about suppliers, destinations, and relevant systems.
• Efficiently evaluate customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
• Precisely manage hotel, flight, car, and rail reservations.
• Assist customers in utilizing self-service features on the Navan platform and application.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries, adhering to SLA standards.
• Follow company and customer protocols to ensure worldwide compliance.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding progress on objectives and key processes.
• Engage in team meetings focused on products, suppliers, and industry developments.
• Keep abreast of best practices within the travel industry.
• Maintain punctuality, complete required training, and achieve performance benchmarks.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant specializing in air, rail, and hotel bookings; a minimum of 3 years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is essential.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
• Experience in contact center or customer-facing positions.
• Proficient in using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 11 PM.
• Capability to multitask, swiftly address urgent issues, and work autonomously to resolve challenges.
