This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional travel assistance to our clients via various contact methods: chat, phone, and email.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Conduct swift and precise assessments of customer needs, profiles, and urgency levels.
• Deliver accurate details for hotel, flight, car, and rail reservations as needed.
• Assist users with self-service options on the Navan platform and app whenever possible.
• Respond to customer inquiries within the stipulated SLA expectations and requirements.
• Adhere to company and customer travel and expense policies, along with global compliance regulations.
• Offer consistent feedback to stakeholders regarding goal progress and the performance of essential operational processes.
• Engage in team meetings to remain informed about new product launches, supplier updates, and industry developments.
• Expand your travel industry expertise to continue setting the benchmark for outstanding travel support.
• Comply with attendance policies and fulfill all assigned training requirements.
• Achieve individual performance metrics aligned with the organization’s and company’s business goals.
• Over 5 years of experience managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core Business Travel setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven advanced experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is essential.
• Familiarity with local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets.
• Extensive understanding of complex itineraries, airfares, and fare construction calculations, including nett fares, IT fares, route deals, and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formerly BA2).
• Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, and third-party content aggregators, along with their booking management practices, is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel industry regulations and global compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, though not mandatory.
